WHAT DO YOU DO WITH AN IDEA?
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH A PROBLEM?
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH A CHANCE?
Three books, three masterpieces. Read this series and you (and your child) will learn:
To think differently, explore your ideas, and believe in yourself.
To face your problems head on, consider multiple perspectives and gain valuable life skills.
Take risks and calculate rewards and, most importantly, realize that if you try your hardest, failure is actually your friend.
EVERY PERSON of EVERY AGE will enjoy and contemplate these wonderful stories. Kobi Yamada and Mae Besom, through their words and illustrations, beautifully articulate the challenges we face, the emotions we feel, and the rewards we reap as we develop our ideas, work through our problems, and struggle with the anxieties involved in taking chances.
Spoiler Alert: by doing so, we grow as people.
The genius of this series is that the author and illustrator express these complex concepts that we grapple with in our minds by representing them as physical manifestations; which, for children, is much easier to understand and relate to and, for adults, is much more entertaining and heartfelt.
I love reading these stories to my kids every time they ask! And, I even read them to myself when I need a little pick me up. Ultimately, they’re about living with your “eyes open,” finding your inner strength to believe in possibilities, and “being what you can be.”
LAUG AUF, READ ON.
