LAUG AUF RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to provide high quality apparel and excellent customer service. We’re highly confident that you’ll be thrilled with the quality and feel of our garments. But we understand that sometimes an item is not what you expected or it just doesn’t fit right. So here's what you can do.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us and we’ll gladly provide you with a store credit or exchange. Unfortunately, as a startup operating on a shoestring budget, we’re unable to provide refunds at this time.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that it was shipped.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@laugauf.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged: Decals/Stickers

For defective or damaged products, please email us to arrange a full refund or exchange.

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
